YMCA Tour de Y cycle challenge – Penzance to London

I feel privileged to have been asked to provide sports massage for the team taking on the YMCA Tour de Y cycle challenge, Penzance to London route. This consists of four days of cycling, with a combined mileage of 336 miles and 5634m of climbing!

I managed to catch up with the team at their Fairthorne Manor stop point, after their third day of cycling, to provide much needed massage for aching legs and muscles. The guys were all in high spirits and looking forward to their final day of cycling to London.

Here they are about to embark on their fourth and final day of cycling, 86 miles from Fairthorne Manor to London. Good luck guys!

The team are raising sponsorship for the YMCA Building Bridges community campaign and the YMCA Y care international causes. For more details you can visit their website: http://www.ymca-fg.org/tour-de-y-cycle-challenge/
