Spring Training Package Offer

It’s the start of a new year, and with that quite often our thoughts turn to our spring targets and goals. You may have entered a Spring marathon or half marathon, or be training for another sporting event.

Most of us can benefit with regular sports massage therapy, as a tool to aid our training plans. The benefits of a regular maintenance massage include:

  • promote recovery after hard training
  • help prevent muscle soreness
  • detect and help prevent injury and problems
  • aid psychological wellbeing
  • help promote rest and sleep

I’m offering two Spring training packages:

Package 1: 4 x 45 minute sports massages to be taken once monthly over 4 months.

Package 2: 8 x 45 minute sports massages to be taken twice monthly over 4 months.

The pricing for these two packages are as follows.

Package 1 – £80 (saving £20 off the list price)

package 2 – £160 (saving £40 off the list price)
