Spring Sports Massage Offer

It’s the start of a new year, and often we turn our thoughts to our spring training and fitness goals. You may of recently started a new training plan at the gym, stepped it up a gear at spin class, or entered a spring half marathon, marathon, or be training for another sporting event. You may simply feel that you need a regular massage to help combat the stresses of work, especially if you have a physical job or one that may affect your posture, such as working at a desk for long hours.

Regular sports massage therapy can be used very effectively as a tool to aid our training plans, as well as help relieve the stresses of everyday life. The benefits of a regular sports massage include:

  • promote recovery after hard training
  • decrease muscle stiffness and soreness after exercise
  • increase flexibility
  • detect and help prevent injuries
  • aid psychological wellbeing
  • help promote rest and sleep

Each sports massage will be tailored to your needs.

After the success of my spring massage package last year I’m pleased to be offering similar packages this year:

Package 1 – 4 x 1 hour sports massages to be taken once monthly over the next 4 months.

Package 2 – 8 x 1 hour sports massages to be taken twice monthly over the next 4 months.

The pricing for these two packages are as follows:

Package 1 – £108 (saving 10% off the list price of £120)

Package 2 – £204 (saving 15% off the list price of £240)
